Prekese Aidan Fruit is a species native to Western Africa countries. It is called Prekese in Ghana and also called Uhio in the Igbo Language of Nigeria. Prekese seeds has many use. It’s use to make Spice dishes like Banga soup and the back is used for medical purposes. It is commonly used to prepare palm nut soup and other types of soups because of its aroma.
